Orders and Sales Policy
By accessing the KOE Gaming website or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Many of our products are custom-built, modified, or restored to order. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, preference changes, or accidental purchases. Once an order is placed, parts may be sourced and work may begin immediately, and custom orders cannot be canceled once in progress. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Repairs and Service Terms
For mail-in repairs and services, customers are responsible for properly packaging devices and covering shipping costs to KOE Gaming. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit to our location. If a verified functional issue arises, customers may contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the device at their expense for inspection. Repairs do not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, improper charging, or tampering after delivery. OEM parts are used whenever available; however, approved third-party components may be required and may vary slightly in appearance or fit.
Liability and Payment Terms
All products are tested prior to shipment and are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated in writing. KOE Gaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability shall not exceed amount paid for the product or service. By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, and we reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors in the event of a dispute. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
