Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to custom-built and modified nature of our products, all sales are final. KOE Gaming does not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, preference changes, or accidental purchases. Once an order is placed, parts may be sourced and labor may begin immediately, especially for custom builds, upgraded screens, custom shells, and specialty components.

Repairs and Return Process

If you experienced a verified functional issue, you must contact KOE Gaming within 7 days of delivery. Approved repair claims require the buyer to ship the device back at their expense for inspection. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping. Once received, we will assess and repair verified functional defects and return the device after service is complete. 

Exclusions and Limitations

The policy does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, drops, misue, improper charging, third-party accessories, or any tampering or modifications performed after delivery. OEM parts are used whenever available; however, approved third-party components may be necessary and may vary slightly in appearance or fit. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy.
