All in-stock items will be process and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Custom builds and repair services may require additional processing time depending on the scope of work. Customers will be notified if any unexpected delays occur.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective carrier available at the time of shipment. Carrier selection may vary and can include UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
KOE Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
